The conviction of Nutrition without Borders that food is a crucial to the enjoyment of human rights has determined us to become a reference in the introduction of new technologies and applications adapted to the needs of those who are most deprived. As such, our aim is to improve efforts for achieving a satisfactory nutritional status in these populations, and through adequate food choices that are adapted to every culture.

The team and network of Nutrition Without Borders share the passion of nutritionists committed to social development, and to the values set out by universal human rights. Sharing these convictions has had a crucial role in the success of our work, both in the field and at home and thus it has enhanced the fulfilment of our mission
We believe in the Independent work and we declare ourselves without political agenda, as we strive to fulfill our mission without discrimination on the basis of sex, ethnicity, or beliefs.
We promote Solidarity as the primary motivation for people to undertake action in order to stop nutritional inequalities that form the basis of hunger, poverty, and the lack of opportunities for human development.
We work towards 'Excellence' by rigorously and efficiently using the resources that the society has entrusted us with to fulfill our mission. The projects and actions must yield concrete results and be genuinely useful.
We promote Global Participation as a fundamental element in the responses addressing social necessities.
We manage the funds received in a Transparent way. We inform and provide accountability to our members, the beneficiaries of our actions and the society at large.
