was created with the aim of contributing to reducing inequalities
in the field of nutrition in the world.
Working with a model in which immigrants
themselves take part in development projects directed to their communities
of origin (co-development).
Training health and education professionals
on food and nutrition subjects in countries or towns that are poverty
stricken and in situations of social exclusion, as well as in humanitarian
crisis.
Informing immigrant populations
and health and education professionals on cultural and food diversity,
promoting mutual knowledge and communication.
Supporting other national and/or
international NGOs, institutions and organizations in the fields of
food and nutrition, that is necessary to improve the development of
human life anywhere in the World.

resources and solidarity between the peoples of the world
